Update: Latest Topics (V1.03)

   I have updated the Latest Topics modification to version 1.03.

The update adds support for MySQL database, it also adds two new options.

The
first option allows you to change the topic display limit, the second
allows you to change the forum link path if you have used the
modification outside the forum folder.
